KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!

Here are a few things to know about attending

a sale hosted by EveryThing Estates…

Our goal is to fine new, happy homes for all the items at a sale and for our customers to have fun while they hunt for treasure.

We only accept cash or check (we prefer cash and no checks under $10.00)

We don’t give out pricing information via email or phone prior to a sale and we can not respond to emails or posts to the website during a sale.

EveryThing sold at an estate sale is sold in “as is” condition.  We do not make any guarantees regarding the working condition of items.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to check for damage or usage before purchasing.  All sales are final.

Never block or impede the driveways of the neighborhood and please be courteous and considerate.

We make a great effort to organize and sort the items at a sale so please leave items the way you found them.  In other words…we wouldn’t make a mess in your closet, please don’t make a mess in ours!

      Number will be given out for the pre-sale. Please sign up thru the website to join our email list and you will get notifications regarding pre-sales and when the numbers will go out.
