How do I know if I have enough stuff for a sale?  Usually if we are dealing with the entire contents of a home, there is enough for an estate sale.  People tend to think of estate sales as only fine art and antique furniture but just the opposite is true.  The everyday items are just as important as the “high end” items for a successful sale.  In fact, clients often call us after they have purged the house of what they considered give-away items or trash and that is never a good idea.  Always call us for a complimentary consultation prior to throwing anything away so we can advise you on how to proceed and save you time and effort!

Can someone be living in the home during the sale?  EveryThing Estates specializes in customizing each sale to the client’s specific needs however living in the home while we setup and conduct a sale is not possible.  We work closely with the real estate agent and the family to find a time line that meets the specific needs of each client as a relocation and home sale is considered.
